FAQ

Questions.

Which banks does Silo connect to?+

Anything Plaid supports: the big five, most credit unions, the online-only banks, and US accounts.

Do I have to give Silo my bank login?+

No. You sign in inside Plaid. Silo keeps an encrypted read-only token, never your credentials.

How is this different from the budgeting app I already gave up on?+

Those ask you to maintain a system. Silo asks you to check a number.

Can I disconnect an account or delete my data?+

Yes, any time, from Settings. Syncing stops immediately and the data can be wiped.

What does it cost?+

$10 CAD a month, flat. One plan, every feature, cancel any time.
